INGREDIENTS
2 Tablespoon butter
2 Tablespoons flour
3/5 cups milk
seasoning to tast
1 Tablespoon parsley
2 hard-boiled eggs
Melt the butter over a low heat. Add the flour and seasoning and blend till smooth.
Slowly add the milk, stirring continuously, until the sauce is thick and smooth.
Remove from the heat and stir in the parsley.
Mash the eggs until it is smooth and add to the sauce.
Pour the sauce over fish, meat, vegetables or salads.
